Industry association involvement

Service With A Smile has been a member of the Independent Vending Machine Operators Association of Australia (IVMOA). The business’s involvement with the association included approximately five years serving as Vice President.

Extensive NSW installation experience

The business has installed approximately 1,500 vending machines across NSW and has provided vending services to approximately 800 businesses across logistics, manufacturing, government, education and transport.

Electrical safety testing

Service With A Smile uses PAT testing procedures for vending equipment, including electrical testing and tagging of machines where required.

Insurance

The business holds $20 million public liability insurance and workers compensation insurance.

How We Maintain

Quality & Safety

Machines cleaned at every visit

Vending machines are cleaned and sanitised whenever they are filled, helping maintain a clean and presentable environment for customers.

Expiry date monitoring

Our vending management system identifies product lines that haven’t recorded sales within a preset period. These reports are reviewed by staff during servicing visits so products can be checked and managed appropriately.

Stocking based on demand

There isn’t a one-size-fits-all restocking schedule. Machines may be serviced daily, weekly or monthly depending on sales volumes, machine capacity and product demand.

On average, machines are restocked approximately once a week, while sales are reviewed several times throughout the week to identify increases in demand and potential stock requirements.

Electrical testing

Vending equipment can undergo electrical testing and tagging using PAT testing procedures to help identify electrical safety issues.
